About Project

Design and 3D modeling.

Wholesale market located in Riyadh. The hugest logistical hub for fresh food which is designed on a 2.8 millions square-meter land. This project is in collaboration with french logistic company SEMMARIS ("Rungis"). JANAEN project is divided in two parts :

1. Business to Business : designed on 2.3 millions square-meter, this part is dedicated to professional and wholesaler. Composed by more than 800 000 square-meter warehouses and logistical services.
2. Business to Customer : this part is designed to welcome families and small business actors. Around 150 000 square-meter of covered market dedicated to fresh food and restaurants.
