GOLD MARKET is the hugest market for gold in Jeddah. He is located in the new project Souq7 in the district Jamiah.
The market is composed by 3 buildings offering a total of 230 shops and 20 kiosks. The building area is over 10.000 square meter. The project was designed with very low quantity of concrete and steel reinforcement (ratio = 70 kg/m3) respecting the Saudi Code, this to minimize the construction budget.
For this project Perspective provide his assistance to manage the site work and guarantee the right execution and time schedule. Our presence consist on visiting the site and assist the contractor to achieve correctly the building phase respecting the time schedule previously fixed. We provide monthly report to the owner and approve the work on site.
