About Project

We achieve a full design study of an efficient housing building in Jeddah.

This luxury 5 stories building is designed respecting the new Saudi Code regarding all specifications in energy saving and ecology rules (SBC601 & SBC602). We study for this project especially a complete solution directed by a dynamic thermal study in which we give different investment option to the client.

The design is pure and elegant to match with the current level of this area. We also design a very efficient services for cars circulation in the ground floor and easy parking. In the typical floor we arrange two huge apartments designed to have a physical separation between the living area and the bedrooms area which are located respectively in the street for the living area and in the back side for the sleeping area. This project offer a luxury and spacious duplex apartment in the rooftop with 200 square meter terrasse.

The structural design is optimized respecting the Saudi Code and offer an efficient building process.
